This is a brand new project launched in 2016 in which we provide a 20 week course on how to prepare to get a work/volunteer placement and experience work.
Our aim is to find 100 placements for 100 adults with learning disabilities over the next 3 years.
The course is run by Burton Street staff and it is tailored to the person and provides skills growth in confidence, self-awareness and how to prepare for work.
We want to break down the barriers to employment for adults with learning disabilities and for employers to see the fantastic skills people have and what assets they will be.
If you’re an employer or a hopeful employee get in touch with Dannielle Wibberley to find out more information about Enterprise 100 and what our project can do for you.
