Burton's Bar and Function Suite
Burton Hall is a versatile Function Suite, which can comfortably accommodate up to 80 guests for a sit down meal, with capacity for an additional 40 guests for a buffet. Burton Hall is an ideal venue for christenings, weddings and funerals as well as for larger training courses, conferences and parties.
Burton’s Bar is adjacent to Burton Hall and is included in the hire price for the Hall when used for parties and functions. It is also a suitable venue for smaller parties, private dining, reception drinks or can simply provide a “quiet room” for your guests.

Provisional Bookings & Deposits
Should you decide to make a provisional booking, this will be held for 14 days during which time a deposit of £50 is required to confirm the booking. The balance due for your function is payable no later those 14 days prior to the event, at which time an accurate indication of the number of guests should be given. Should you wish to cancel your booking; the deposit will only be returned if the cancellation is received in writing 6 weeks prior.
Access
You may have access to the function room an hour before the start of your function on the same day. The bar is open until 11.00pm & the premises vacated by 11.30am. Please make sure all your guests are aware of the restrictions. You must inform us if you require a bar extension, we can extend the hours till 12.30am close at an extra £50.
Decorations & Entertainment
We can help you arrange any other entertainment you may require on the day.
We have a wide variety of extras available from flowers, candles, balloon displays which we can arrange by request.
All Music Must Finish by 11.30pm
Alcohol
You are not allowed to bring your own alcohol onto the premises. We do check for identification of any person we think is under 18years old. Our policy is to check anybody appearing to be 21 & under.
Any person who appears to be drunk & a danger to themselves or others will be refused alcohol. In extreme cases they will be asked to leave the function.
The staff at Burton Street will be on hand to answer any queries or problems you may have before & throughout your function do not hesitate to ask.
